Do not buy this item. I’m going through chemotherapy and it’s vital I take my temperature regularly in case of sepsis. Never really worked from day one. If it decides to work it reads low temperature. Very poor product. I’d give it no stars if it was possible. When it’s life or death don’t risk it.

My previous thermometer was an in-ear only type, so I was keen to try this one. It's certainly very convenient to be able to take a temperature using the infra red forehead method. It's ideal for keeping a check on kids in the night, without fear of waking them. I have tested this repeatedly against my Braun thermometer, and this one has a tendency to register at 1 to 2 degrees (Fahrenheit) lower than my other one. Obviously, it could be my old one that is inaccurate, and without testing other thermometers in conjunction, it's hard to know. I have used this thermometer both in-ear and forehead in comparison tests. I'm not sure I'm ready to get rid of my old one just yet, as I have more faith in the result shown on a branded thermometer, but I shall certainly keep this one for the convenience. It also looks good, is very easy to use, and is a great price.

Almost impossible to read room temp without the light coming on in day light. Which activates the forehead/ ear temp and goes off befire the room temp shows. The temperatures shown are completely wrong. Showing almost 27°c and when its only 21. Seens to be effected by them temperature ornur hand. Cant even return it as its passed the return date. Bought it early b4 the baby came. Really not reliable. Other reviews saying its great yet i doubt there checking it against other thermometers first. Said my body was 39°.8c at one point. And my head 32°c. The symbol showing the sound is off cant even be switched to on. Which is actuly useful when checkinh ur own temp ad you cant tell if its reset or taken the temp half the time. Sadly more cheap badly made junk which online shopping seems to be flooding the earth with more and more

El termómetro funciona bien. Que se pueda medir la temperatura tanto en la frente como en el oído lo hace muy práctico sobre todo si tienes niños en casa. Otra ventaja es que en un segundo te da la temperatura, a diferencia de los termómetros tradicionales, en los que a veces tienes que esperar mucho tiempo. Al ser un termómetro infrarrojo sin contacto, reduce el riesgo de contaminación cruzada y es más higiénico para su uso en varias personas. Es por tanto un buen producto, si le quito una estrella es porque dentro de los termómetros, este es el más grande que he tenido. Además requiere dos pilas pequeñas AAA que no vienen incluidas. Y por último otro defecto es que no vienen instrucciones en castellano, lo que teniendo en cuenta que vienen varios modos de uso lo hacen un poco complicado de usar. Sí vienen en italiano, inglés, alemán y francés, por cierto. Aunque el precio no es excesivamente alto -21,99 euros en agosto del 2024-, existen termómetros más económicos en el mercado que podrían ofrecer funciones similares.

Mancano le 2 batterie AAA necessarie al suo funzionamento; lo strumento é realizzato bene e con buona plastica e si avvale di 2 pulsanti per la misurazione e accensione (si spegne da solo dopo 30 secondi, mostrando prima per diversi secondi la temperatura ambientale), e visualizzare le 20 misurazioni massimo in memoria. Lui funziona in 2 modalitá: sulla fronte lasciando in sede il suo cappuccio blu o nell'orecchio rimuovendo il cappuccio, tutto é indicato sul buon display retroilluminato. Emette diversi segnali acustici in accensione e misurazione, il display si illumina di rosso in caso di letture a rischio. E' configurabile per rimuovere i segnali acustici e per indicare le misurazioni in gradi C. o F. Io inizialmente l'ho testato senza leggere il manuale.. ottenendo misurazioni strane.. leggendo invece il manuale ed attenendomi a quanto spiegato molto bene e dettagliatamente, le misurazioni son risultate buone. Quindi il manuale va letto! Lo consiglio.
